U.S.A. will lift sanctions against Russia if Moscow helps it

U.S. President-elect Donald Trump is open to lifting sanctions against Russia if Moscow starts cooperating with the United States (the first priority being terrorism). He stated: "If you get along and if Russia is really helping us, why would anybody have sanctions if somebody’s doing some really great things?" (Wall Street Journal)
