6 лет назадCONFUSION - A Poetic Piece
Some in directions never walked,
Some others into homes never visited.
There was pandemonium in town,
And the cause was yet unknown.
Doors slammed and locks jammed,
Windows shut and curtains drawn,
Eyes peeping from curtain ends,
Watching as confusion trailed the streets.
Bodies shivering like winter struck,
Phones ringing for inquiries sake,
Same questions echoing from both ends.
What is happening?
But the streets’ appears calm.
Then a trader laughed out loud and thundered,
"It’s all safe and calm out here,
It’s Just students on the run to the stadium".
And windows opened
Locks were unjammed
And the doors opened.
And normalcy returned to the streets.
