This process is regulated by the PoSTT consensus algorithm, in which the storage of files is, in fact, a transaction between the person or organization that floods these files and the user who provides their capacities.
The transaction is recorded through a smart contract.

Solved problems:
- First, platform developers note the imperfection of current consensus algorithms. If we touch PoW, then, in the first place, we can note the huge amount of energy necessary to maintain efficiency. In turn, PoS, promotes an unfair distribution of coins among holders;
- The second problem is partly related to the first. If we consider almost any block-platform, we will find that most of the coins are concentrated in the hands of a small group of people. This problem has been aggravated even more recently, when large funds began to be invested in the early stages of the project. This is a somewhat paradoxical situation, because initially the blockade was conceived as a decentralized technology, in which everyone has the same rights. That is, the most important task was to create a situation in which a small number of tokens would be distributed over a large number of participants;
The project team conducted research, from which it follows that most of the memory of mobile phones is not currently used, that is, buyers, in fact, overpay for the functionality that he does not need.
