Get Rid of Tension, It Has Nothing Positive to Offer.
Everyday has something for us to get tensed about, as a matter of fact, every moment we have in each day has something to make us worry about, even the good book says that everyday is filled with its own evil so it is normal for us to have a situation that might want to get us tensed or worried.
But, the good book also says that we should rejoice because our maker has overcome and gained victory over the world, this implies that no matter how tensed we might be tempted to feel, no matter how worried we might get, we need to relax and rejoice because we have someone superior who is in control of everything.
One thing I have realized is that our tension and getting worried has nothing good to offer, the only thing it does to us is to keep us worried and even make us sick, so rather than getting worried over the issues of life, why not turn everything over to the one who is capable of handling every situation and making everything beautiful.
