Hello my dear friends, guests and subscribers. Today i wanna tell you about BlackBox Foundation, official website - https://token.blackboxfoundation.org.
BlackBox Foundation is a non-profit organization that has set itself the goal of promoting, supporting and training the decentralized BlackBox ecosystem. The authors of the project set a goal to change the concept of "work" for all people. After all, work in our time is not very pleasant for some people, they say that "If you make a hobby your job, then you will not work a day." I believe in this concept and the BlackBox development team, too. They are going to change the world, so that everyone works on that work that uses only the strongest aspects of a person and brings him pleasure and earnings comparable to his contribution. This is also connected with the very thoughts of people in recent times. People no longer consider work as something that makes it possible to make ends meet, they believe that work should be fun and serve to realize their ambitions and life goals.

What does the BlackBox (BBOS) operating system offer us? This operating system is a platform for interaction between participants from all over the world, both customers and workers. BlackBox network combines the latest technologies, process management, and ecosystem partners. Workers can join the project implementation process at any time, in which they believe that they will bring the maximum amount of benefit, which allows them to engage in other projects in their spare time. After all, this is often the case in IT companies, while one part of the team has not done its work, the other part sits idle, and inefficiently spends the company's resources. It is also important to note that within the framework of this ecosystem a reputational system will be used that will be implemented by reaching consensus between all project members or through the Proof of Value protocol (proof of value). Thus, it turns out, the team itself determines how much significant contribution each of its members made and after that the remuneration is calculated. The cost of 1BBOC = 0,16 USD.
Now there is a pre-sale of tokens with a discount of 50%, it is planned to sell 37,500,000 tokens with such a discount until September 27 or until all tokens are sold out. Next, there will be a resale with a smaller discount of 25% and will sell 58,333,333 tokens.
Thus, the Hard cap for pre-sale is 10,000,000 dollars.

In the end, we can say that this project is relevant and promising, especially in our time, when the work becomes purely mechanical and people are replaced by robots. There is a need for fresh ideas from individuals not bound by the framework of ordinary work. This is the platform for new ideas and approaches provided by BBOS. I believe that beyond such independent systems the future is where your colleagues evaluate your contribution to the overall project, and it's not done by the bosses in acquaintance or even like that. After all, only people who understand the project can adequately assess the contribution of each.
