CBND or “C Bond” is the first Crypto Bond in the world. It has some things in common with a convertible bond in the traditional market, but with significant simplifications. Tokens are mainly sold through the crypto framework, COMM, the main token issued by Crypto Commonwealth, with three different blocking periods: CBND6 for six months, CBND3 for three months and CBND for one month. When these locks end, 1: 1 and one-way redemption will be offered to convert each CBND to COMM, the main token. This will be done either through smart contracts, or through trading pairs on prestigious exchanges. For each CBND issued (including CBND3 and CBND6), the same amount of COMM is blocked until maturity, preventing any possible inflation in the COMM proposal. All purchased CBNDs will be burned immediately by the COMM team.
