KANUS Chain uses Proof of Networking (PoN), consisting of self-developing intelligent nodes, as well as Verifiable Random Function (VRF) and Enhanced Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) for scalability, efficiency, and reliability of a decentralized infrastructure.

PoN-VRBFT (Compatible Algorithm). VANTA has created an algorithm called Proof of Networking, which allows each node to contribute to the transfer, processing and storage of data on the network on a competitive basis. The workload of each node is verified by the verification nodes selected using the VRF and recorded using a unique VANTA workload unit, called Net and Net price, to confirm the workload and its actual value. It was combined with Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) and verifiable Verifiable Random Functions (VRF) to develop a unique consistent algorithm called PoN-VRBFT. The KANUS chain selects several nodes based on a trusted random function, called a checked random function, and participates in: block proposal, verification, confirmation.
