She had passbook she do not have ATM because she thinks it's more safe if she dont have one, back to the story, she went on a vacation and it is holiday that day so she can't withdrew any money , but she was so surprised when the vacation is over, her money on the bank was gone. She complained to the manager and try to fix the issue.

It's not happened only in the Philippines, these inside jobs of them are present around the Globe, and that's the biggest SCAM that most of us never known.
