Dry January 

Good evening from me in England UK!

I've started my Dry January early this year and have frankly had enough of the booze and the way it makes me feel the day after.
Struggling with Anxiety and Depression is a battle in itself without the alcohol, so I've decided to give it up for as long as possible and continue with my running.

I treated myself to a new pair of runners - Asics Gel-Excite 6 which are brilliant with plenty of spring and support

I also started climbing this weekend and took my family to an indoor climbing wall which was great
