How GoldeNugget Works

Carbon production in liquor (CIL), which is by far the most advanced gold mining process. The CIL Gold Recovery Plant approximately returns 85% of the gold transferred to the mill. From the ball mill, the slurry is pumped to the CIL leach tank, where the lime adjusts the pH, if necessary, and is mixed for a certain period of time. Air is added to increase the reaction rate and reduce the leach time. Cyanide is added to the first tank. Every carbon leach tank has a carbon retention screen.

Let’s explain the CIL mining process now

The Carbon In Leach (CIL) mining operation which is currently the most advanced gold extraction process.

The CIL Gold Recovery Plant around recovered 85% of the gold spent at the plant. From the ball mill, the slurry is pumped into the CIL leach tank where it needs pH, if necessary, and is stirred for a certain period of time.

Thickener is used to maintain most of the constants in the ore, therefore it is needed and uses more air used in the process, smaller tanks and smaller air sources. Greater control over process and optimization in older plants with older technology such as conventional CIL plants without thickener. Therefore the Leaching process reduces by 20% bringing us to the washing time in 8-13 hours.
All of this helps us run mining with very high Eco standards that are good for: business and the planet.
