My Friday Actifit Report Card: July 10 2020 

It’s Friday! I did over 16000 steps.

It was nice and warm summer day. Little rain in the evening but that’s OK.

I did 8 hours work shift today. I spent my time fixing small stuff from punch list.

I did some shopping after work. Had to get some food and drinks for the weekend.

I took my one hour walk before bedtime by the Fjord...
