TOZEX- Crypto Asset Platform for issuing, Financing and trading 

Blockchain technology has gotten to the level in which the whole world cannot do without it. We have discovered that this technology is making the news headline everyday which symbolizes global and rapid adoption of this technology. But despite the greatness and potential of this technology, there are still some things that needed to be improved upon its use. We have several and different blockchain network such as bitcoin blockchain, ethereum blockchain, eos blockchain, tron blockchain and some other more. The level of difficulties associated with each of this blockchain network varies based on the type of blockchain. We have some blockchain that are more cumbersome and difficult to use than some others, we also have some that easy to use but they are lacking some other qualities. Let’s take for example the speed of transaction which is solely dependent on the nature of blockchain transaction. Some transactions do take several hours before it could be confirmed on the blockchain network, some blockchain also charges high transaction and mining fees. This is the reason why a new team has gathered around to rectify this problem by launching a new blockchain project known as Tozex

What is Tozex?

Tozex is a financing platform which combines a token issuance module “Tokenpad” allowing to launch a token based crowdfunding campaign (ICO, STO and BRO) with an embedded crypto asset market place.

TOZEX aims to create the missing link between primary and secondary market by providing a unique gateway :

The decentralized Tokenpad module allows to issue, manage and distribute tokens without help and trust from a costly third party. It facilitates the use of the Blockchain technology for token issuance and distribution by using an open source library of smart contracts.
Moreover, TOZEX is a blockchain agnostic solution, our users will be able to choose the most suitable blockchain network of their choice (Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, RSK, Credits...) which mainly depends on their use cases.

The token marketplace module allows the issuer who used the Tokenpad to list, after successful campaign, their cryptoassets on the platform when the project undergo a series of mandatory technical, legal and financial compliance checks. The platform will create a sustainable secondary market with the integration of an auditable decentralized order book to bring transparency avoiding market manipulation and a liquidity management mechanism to diminish volatility.

TOZEX has been designed to facilitate the tokenization of our current economy within one ecosystem for all the stakeholders. TOZEX aims to align the interests of entrepreneurs, investors and traders to bring them into a fully regulated and transparent ecosystem.

The platform uses the power of smart contract as a trustless third party to manage the issuance of tokens (utility, payment or securities) maintain by an open source library.

The user interface is designed to be friendly to improve user experience without neglected security.
