THE QUEEN

---

Your words are smeared with lies,
But the rumours bear the truth.

Your loyalty is not in dispute,
For its existence never was.

Your actions I so detest,
And your ways I so condemn.

You tried to slay your King,
Now judgement shall befall you.

THE KINGSLAYER

In my heart he is my King,
And my loyalty lies with him.

My words are sworn truth,
For the rumours were meant to slander.

My actions you may condemn,
But they were meant to save the King.

Your mercy I seek my Queen,
For my actions were misconstrued.

THE QUEENS JUDGEMENT

You speak with a serpent’s tongue,
One with the mastery of lies and deceit.

My quest troubled you,
Knowing my findings will be your doom.

My mercy you seek,
Yet you betrayed your oath and our trust.

Judgement is hereby served,
And the gallows is your fated end.
