2. The self-controlled car "Tesla" delivered a person with a heart attack to the hospital. The car was able to diagnose the deterioration of the driver and took him to the hospital.

3. Artificial intelligence has learned to understand human speech better than people. In addition to voice recognizers, translators are improved who are able not only to translate everything literally, but also to learn new slang words independently. AI can recognize mute speech better than people themselves.

IDEA OF THE PROJECT Nebula_AI

Nebula AI - secure decentralized platform on the blockchain.
The innovative idea of the project is to recreate the enormous power for the development of artificial intelligence. This will be done by combining many machines around the world into one ecosystem. The enormous power can be obtained thanks to the GPU computing technology, in other words, it's the usual way for us to mining on graphics processors.

Nebula AI plans in general to give impetus to the development of artificial intelligence, not limited to only one area of activity. Imagine a robot learning to play a game, or learning the action, having a limited number of power, this takes a year. But if the power is taken from thousands of computing processors around the world, it can take only a few minutes to learn it, but more on that later...

Blockchain technology will provide transparency of actions, it will allow to control work and protect against burglary. Also, the block system has a larger potential for data storage. It's as if we could remember a thousand times more if we make our mind and brain infinitely large.

Another advantage of blockchain technology is that it can not be banned. For example, many Google services on the artificial intelligence, are inaccessible in some countries, are prohibited by law. Blockchain gives freedom of action.

Now I want to talk more deeply about the so-called "GPU for AI", what is it? I am an absolute outsider in this matter and will try to explain everything in clear language, as I myself understand this device. The habitual machine on AI has its own processor, the combing power of which determines the speed of development of this AI with the given algorithm.

But in modern programming languages there are designs that can be executed in parallel on several processor cores, that is, on several machines at once. Of course, in order to collect all the results, we need to put together a certain kernel that unites the processor controlling the statement of tasks, but I want to emphasize not this, namely, parallel work of AI on a set of GPUs (graphics processors). You can only imagine how quickly AI will be trained if it is a question of uniting hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of devices? NebulaAI's goal is to recreate this parallel work on the development of AI on thousands of machines, the result must be colossal!

And now let's talk about how and what areas can be improved thanks to the decentralized and fast-growing NebulaAI system:

IMPROVING THE LEVEL OF LIFE WITH AI:

Reducing the number of accidents on the roads - With the help of geolocation, a smart car can not only avoid long traffic jams on the road, but also in general to secure traffic on the road. In recent years, there has been only one accident on the road with the participation of a smart car, and there are hundreds of thousands of accidents related to the negligence of drivers.

Cooking - Culinary robots are no longer a new phenomenon, there are a lot of videos on the Internet, like a robot clumsily smears of peanut butter on bread, casually misses or pours all sauce. All this is due to the imperfection of the AI technology. If the AI develops faster, it is possible in the near future we will have a robot that cooks delicious dishes with great accuracy. This will greatly facilitate the restaurant business.

It is not uncommon for doctors to make mistakes in diagnosis due to the fact that different diseases can be suitable for some symptoms. AI most likely will not be able to completely replace the whole team of specialists, but with accurate mathematical data, like blood biochemistry and hormone tests, even X-ray images, a computer can greatly facilitate diagnosis and eliminate inappropriate diseases.

Agriculture - Unlike humans, AI can control the quality of soil 24/7. AI will know exactly when to pour the land, when pouring fertilizer, what to say, AI can remotely control agricultural machinery, plowing the soil for people. All this is a great saving of resources and forces for harvesting.

Security - Now in many large cities, in the illuminated territories cameras are installed, this greatly reduces crime in the streets. But imagine if the city will fly smart drones, recording all the crimes on the camera from different angles. This will help urgently call law enforcement or rescue services.

CONCLUSION:

In conclusion, I want to say that I do not call anyone to invest in this project, but the theme of artificial intelligence is impressive and at the same time frightens me. Nobody knows what will happen if the world gets stuck with intelligent robots, it may be like in a movie with terminators, or maybe our life will become much better, but one way or another, one can not deny the fact that the future with AI is inevitable.
