  How ODEM works:
  Whether for a one-day lecture or a more extensive week-long training event, the ODEM platform connects students and educators with course offerings at any price point anywhere around the world. And with a growing community of users, ODEM platform will be the ideal way to buy or sell customized education and training courses at a cross border level. ODEM will be powered by a set of programs deployed on the Ethereum blockchain. Use of Ethereum will provide transparency and ease of payment. Users will login onto the platform, decide which services to purchase, and the record of such purchase is stored onto the blockchain. Functions and activities performed prior to purchase, like searching for or adding new curriculum will be handled by the off-chain platform.
  

• ODEM platform as a regulator of balance and as a container for the ecosystem to interact with each other. The ODEM platform plays an important role, as the ODEM Platform should continue to monitor the development of interactions that occur in ecosystems including transacting using Smart contracts.

• Students
  This student is a buyer of services available in the marketplace. These services may be curriculum, lecture or course. For students who purchase curriculum must send the results of the curriculum to educators in ODEM. All types of payments made by students, will be easier because it uses ODEM Wallet.

• Educator
  The educator is the transmitter to the students. Most of these educators are lecturers or professors from the top universities in the world. The task of the educator is to send the material needed by the students, it can be a course, curriculum and lecture. In addition, educators should also participate in curriculum bidding on ODEM. As a gift, an educator will get paid through ODEM Wallet.

ODEM TOKEN AND TOKEN SALE
ODEM platform participants will conduct all transactions using the ODEMT. Payments will occur through the exchange of tokens and will adhere to the smart contract terms and conditions. The token itself will be built on the Ethereum Token Standard, also known as ERC 20.
Token sale will occur in two phases

• Pre token sale — early adopter phase
  This Pre Crowdsale stage will begin on December 10, 2017. In Pre-token sales, 58.2 million ODEMT will be issued at a discount rate of € 0.0375. This ODEMT will published at a 25 percent bonus rate. Please note the bonus tokens will only be accessible After completion token token and token generation event event has occurred. There is a minimum purchase requirement of 200,000 ODEMT, per user, in Pre-token sales stage.
• Sales Token
  The primary token sale will begin tentatively on February 17, 2018 and will continue until March 19, 2018. A total of 180 million ODEMT will be issued.
