Our body is the most beautiful and the most precious gift that God has given us, to thank God we must protect this gift, I give you below the 3 main pillars to have an extraordinary health :
1. Eat healthy : Stop eating industrial products.
2. Sport : Keep the habit of doing a sports session at least 3 times a week.
3. The sleep : We must improve the quantity and quality of sleep to have good health.
