The region where I live (Sardinia in Italy) is a paradise for mushroom pickers and for those who, in general, is interested in mycology. In fact many species of fungi that you can be found. I show you a few species that is very easy to meet strolling among our woods.
Mushrooms are very specifically related to the environment and their particular and perhaps some of these species do not grow in your area. I hope you would please showing you some photos I took in the woods of my region.
Amanita caesarea one of the most popular mushrooms!
Amanita caesarea, commonly known in English as Caesar's mushroom, is a highly regarded edible mushroom in the genus Amanita.
“Death Cap” (Amanita phalloides) : the terribly mushroom poisonous .This autumn mushroom is one of the most poisonous toadstools and all parts of the fungus are deadly. The poisoning symptoms begins eight to 12 hours after ingestion. The damage that undergoes the liver can be fatal or permanent.
Lepiota procera. Also this mushroom is edible and is considered excellent.
