What is C Estates?

C Estates is a new age online real estate platform where people can sell, buy and earn through tokenized real estate properties. This platform is a digital marketplace for real estate properties, real estate management companies, real estate property investors, brokers, buyers and sellers. The selling and buying of properties are done through its tokens XCET and the users can also earn money by renting out their properties. CEstates is mainly based on NEM blockchain technology which maintains digital records in ledgers for all the transactions and changes. Anyone with an internet connection can easily buy, sell or earn through tokenized real estate properties in this platform.

Phases and features

This project has two phases which are Phase one CCT and phase two TCT.
Phase one : CCT (Condominium Certificate of Title) - The properties under this CCT can be owned by the foreign investors. Hence through this project, global real estate investors are welcomed to invest in real estate properties in the Philippines.
Phase two : TCT (Transfer Certificate of Title) - The properties under this TCT can be owned by Philippine people and the team has plans to help the local buyers with mortgage and financial loan services and also has further plans to expand its services across other Southeast Asian countries.

CEstates has 3 key features for regulatory compliances which are,
● Identifiable deposit and withdraw address
● Multi signature accounts
● Recovery mechanism for lost account

C Estates generates its revenues from listing fees, transaction fees, property management fees, margin selling fee, marketing and advertising fees.

The CEstates project has two unique tokens which are,
XCET - its own utility token.
DPA(Digital Property Asset) - a real estate backed token.
Hard cap - 38,000,000 USD
Total token supply- 8,999,999,999 XCET
Initial supply of tokens - 35% of total token supply
IEO token price - 0.012 USD
Seed sale token price - 1XCET = 0.006 USD
Seed sale allocation - 2% of total token supply
Token type - NEM Mosaic

In the first year, CEstates will accept fiat currencies from the users post which only XCET tokens are accepted to perform the transactions and operations in the Cestates platform.

The total XCET tokens - 8,999,999,999.
Below are the allocation details for the total XCET tokens.
50% is for public sale
20% is for development
17% is for team members
10% is for private sale
3% is for marketing.

The funds which are raised through public sale(50% of the total tokens) will be exclusively used for the development and expansion of this project.
