Hi everyone. I just want to apologize that the "deposit / withdraw" on Golos isn't showing up on the site yet.
It's part of a major UI refactor that worked well on our dev servers, but had to be rolled back on production.
Nevertheless, deposits and withdraws of Golos & GBG work just fine as to Steem & SBD.
To make a deposit, just use the same code from the USD deposits screen and send to @tradeqwik here on golos. It will show up within 5 minutes.
To make a withdrawal, you can send an email to hello@vivaco.in and we can process it manually until the new UI is up. During normal business hours the turn around time on withdrawals by email should be less than 30 mins. If you want to exchange GBG for physical gold, just specify that in the email.

p.s. The russian translation of our site is from the opensource parent of our engine. As such there are some very weird phrases in Russian if you happen to catch one, please post it an let me know what it should say and I'll update the translation file.

Thanks for the info @sxii our price is a guaranteed rate no matter what GBG does price wise. It also includes shipping and handling around the world. GBG has held it's value well, but in order to obtain the Golos backing it, there is a waiting period of 7 days and we have to factor the risk of a decline in price over that 7 day waiting period.
However, no matter where you buy, even with monex.com , the largest gold exchange in the world. There is always a premium over spot for gold for delivery, vs gold held on account. Also gold for delivery pricing never actually prices in the delivery costs.
Generally you cannot even obtain physical metals delivery from a market on less than 10oz because of the handling costs on small amounts, this means you're left with the collectors market where importation etc have already been handled and that's generally well above spot.
The actual price here is closer to 15% above spot, once you factor in the XAU as grams in dollars, which is what we are settling with the supplier in http://goldprice.org/gold-price-per-gram.html
So is it the best way to buy gold if you already have funds on a metals market and are looking for delivery in bulk? No, but it's a fair deal to convert GBG to physical gold you can hold in your hands.in amounts that are affordable to the average person.
