Tradeqwik Anticipates August 1st
August 1st is a big day in the cryptosphere. By now we've all heard about the upcoming Bitcoin hard/soft fork(s).

Tradeqwik will address the upcoming transition by disabling all Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals for close to a week, beginning 48 hours before the hard/soft fork occurs. Please make your Bitcoin transferring plans with this in mind. BTC trading will continue to be enabled throughout the transition time. We plan to support all possible Bitcoin forks and allow our users to decide what to do about each one. We will not take a stand as to which Bitcoin is the real Bitcoin. You can get more information about our plans in this article.
Other August 1st Tradeqwik events
- VIP gets taken off the market. If you're still looking to snag some VIP, which is really future VIVA, at a discount, don't wait.
- Treasury Rights that are not on the market will sink into VIP. You have a few days left to buy some TRs as a way to add to your VIVA retirement account. If you would like to hang onto your TRs and not have them sink, simply place a sell order and leave them on the market until after August 1st.
- If you own Crowns, you will get the next batch of TRs (one per Crown) on August 2nd.
