Create a full functional plugin

1. Implement the ability to exchange messages without using tokens.
2. Implement the ability to subscribe to (virtual) operations related to the work of the plugin.
3. Implement the ability to get a list of users with whom the user have a chat.
4. Implement the ability to create a list of "pinned contacts": to pin the contact; to removed intact the contact.
5. Implement the ability to get the history of messages by the user name (with which correspondence is being).
6. Get the history of messages by user name, using filters (for example, date, limit).
7. Get messages page-by-page (for example, from 0 to 10 message, from 10 to 20) by the user name (with which correspondence is being).
8. Implement the ability to edit the message have sent.
9. Implement the ability to delete the message have sent (mark the message as deleted).
