The butter chicken: indian recipe.

Today I cooked the indian butter chicken, it’s the first time I try it, which I learned it from my mother in law, and it come super delicious and light, so let me now to show you the steps of cooking this yummy dish.
To prepare the indian butter chicken you need:

boneless breast chicken or legs cut in small pieces
1 big grated tomato
3 tablespoon of tomato purée
2 tablespoon of yagurt
little fried onion
3 cloves of garlic grated
1 tablespoon of ginger paste
little black pepper
salt
little honey
80 gms of butter
1 tablespoon and half of spices of butter chicken
little vegetable oil
coriander
DIRECTION:

I used the boneless breast of chicken , I cut it into cubes, and I marinated with little black pepper and salt , grated garlic, and I sautéed in little oil and little butter until I see the chicken start cook , then I add the other ingredients little by little and am stirring the mixture, and I add little water and I cover it until I see the curry start dry then I add butter and little coriander on the top.

Voila the indian dish is ready to have it with basmati rice 🍚 or some indian cheese naan , for me I served it with basmati rice because my husband he likes to eat rice, and me I have it with french baguette 🥖.
